PRODUCTION OF E-REFERRAL OR DIGITAL REFERRAL AFTER ORDER

After you order a health test from us, we produce a referral. The referral contains your personal data and exactly which blood samples are to be taken. FemineaLab can deliver both an e-referral and a digital referral that you can download from My Pages.

BLOOD TEST RECEPTION IN REGION STOCKHOLM

If you plan to visit a reception in the Stockholm region, there is a good chance that the reception is already connected to us. Our system automatically delivers an e-referral to all receptions that are connected to the Karolinska University Laboratory. This means that you do not need to take a referral with you to the blood test clinic. 

BLOOD TEST RECEPTIONS IN THE REST OF SWEDEN

Outside Region Stockholm, you use the digital referral that you then download. All blood test clinics in Sweden must be able to receive your referral.

LABORATORIES

All blood test clinics in Sweden we are working with are connected to an accredited laboratory that does the actual analysis. The analysis (test result) is then sent to the sender (clinic, doctor) of the analysis for assessment who in turn delivers the answer to the patient/customer

Feminea Lab delivers professional medical services based on accepted science. The processes for performing the services are quality audited internally and partly include services from accredited Swedish laboratories as well as medical assessments.

QUALITY ASSURANCE GENERALLY REFERS TO BEING COMPETENT FOR THE TASK ACCORDING TO A STANDARD.

FemineaLabs works with partners who are accredited or certified. Swedac has the government's mandate to be the Swedish accreditation body. 

The laboratories that perform analyzes of blood samples, Karolinska University Laboratory, Unilabs or Synlab, are accredited by Swedac, which means that they are competence-tested according to European and international standards. 

Swedac also accredits certification bodies that can issue a certificate that an organization is certified according to a standard, e.g. environment or quality.

Citikliniken's entire operation is following the standard  ISO 9001  for quality and  ISO 14001  for the environment. Among many other things, we use quality-assured laboratories for our health checks, have certified staff, comply with  the Patient Data Act  when keeping records, have  policies  for confidentiality and more.
