PURCHASE TERMS IN BRIEF

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT TO THE PURCHASE TERMS

When you check out of the checkout, you must actively accept all of our purchase conditions, otherwise the purchase cannot go through. For example, you then give consent to how we or our third-party suppliers (laboratories) process personal data.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

In order to use our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a Swedish social security number and BankId.
  • Have an email address and a mobile number

NOTE: People with protected personal data cannot use our services.

We treat your personal data with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy

CONSENT TO SHARE LAB ANALYSIS DATA FROM LABORATORIES

As a consumer, you expressly consent to the laboratory we use being able to share the test/analysis results with FemineaLab. The sharing of the results enables FemineaLab to provide you with the purchased services. In connection with the purchase of a product from us, you must actively accept the terms of purchase when you check out the checkout.

ACCEPT THE LABORATORY'S TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

As a consumer, you understand that the medical tests/analyses offered are done by a third-party laboratory. By purchasing and using FemineaLab's services, you also accept the third-party laboratory's terms of use and privacy policy and consent to how they handle your personal data. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with and understand their terms and policies.

PRICES AND LIABILITY

  • We reserve the right to price changes.
  • We are not responsible for errors that occur with our subcontractors.

NOTICES AND WARNINGS

  • Our tests are not a substitute for traditional healthcare.
  • If you suspect you need medical care, seek it regardless of the test results.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINT

  • Right of withdrawal applies within 14 days of purchase, unless the service has been activated.
  • In the event of a complaint, contact our customer service.

AVAILABILITY

We strive for our services to be available around the clock, but reserve the right for temporary interruptions.

SUBSCRIPTION
