RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

WHAT IS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

  • The right of withdrawal enables you to cancel your purchase of the service within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Home Selling Act.

PROCESS FOR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • You must notify FemineaLab of your decision to cancel the purchase through a clear statement.
  • The right of withdrawal ceases to apply when you have started the performance of the service by using the referral for sampling.

REFUND IN CASE OF RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

  • Refund includes the purchase price minus a fee equal to 25% of the total value, which reflects the cost of producing the referral.

COMPLAINTS

WHAT IS COMPLAINT?

  • If the service is not performed according to the agreed standard or if there are shortcomings in the implementation, you have the right to make a complaint.

HOW AND WHEN IS A COMPLAINT MADE?

  • Complaints should be made as soon as possible after the defect is discovered.
  • You should contact FemineaLab with a detailed description of the problem.

SOLUTIONS FOR APPROVED COMPLAINTS

  • If the complaint is approved, you may be offered a new referral for re-sampling or receive a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the situation.
