FEMINEALAB'S POLICY AND GUIDELINES

SCOPE AND PURPOSE

This policy applies to anyone who interacts with FemineaLab on our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. The aim is to ensure a positive and safe environment for all users and to protect our brand and our customers.

We reserve the right to moderate content, remove inappropriate or offensive posts, and report users who violate the Terms of Service. Repeated violations may result in the user being blocked from our social media.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ABUSE

We have a zero tolerance policy towards abusive or threatening language and will take steps to protect our online customer service team, including removing offensive posts and reporting the user to the appropriate social media platforms and, if necessary, the police.
