DELIVERY PROCESS FOR REFERRALS

DIGITAL REFERRAL PRODUCTION

• After ordering, we produce an electronic referral within 1 working day.
• You get access to the referral via your Hälsokonto or by direct download from our system.

NO PHYSICAL DELIVERY

• The referral is digital and therefore does not require traditional shipping or delivery time.

USE OF THE REFERRAL

VALIDITY AND BOOKING

• The digital referral is valid for use for 3 months. We recommend booking the sampling as soon as possible.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

MANAGEMENT OF CANCELLATIONS
