RETURN POLICY

WHEN DOES THE RETURN POLICY APPLY?

• Our return policy applies to situations where you wish to cancel the service before it has been fully used, but after the right of withdrawal has expired.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

• The service is considered partially consumed when the referral has been produced, which means that part of the cost is not refundable.
• Full return is not possible once sampling has been completed.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS

• You should contact FemineaLab to discuss the possibility of return and which conditions apply.

REFUND ON RETURN

• A refund, if applicable, will be determined based on how much of the Service has been consumed at the time of the refund request.
