WHEN DOES THE RETURN POLICY APPLY?

• Our return policy applies to situations where the customer wishes to return a product without exercising the right of withdrawal, for example in the event of an incorrect order or unwanted item.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

• The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
• The customer is responsible for the return costs.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS

• Contact FemineaLab to initiate the return process.
• After approval, return the item within a specified time frame.

REFUND ON RETURN

• After the return is received and checked, a refund will be issued.
• The refund does not include original shipping costs and may be subject to a handling fee.
