• The right of withdrawal gives you the opportunity to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without having to state any reason.

HOW AND WHEN IS THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXERCISED?

• You must notify FemineaLab of your decision to cancel the purchase through a clear statement.
• The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is unopened and unused, due to health and hygiene risks.
• The return must be made within 14 days from the day on which the right of withdrawal was notified.

REFUND IN CASE OF RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

• You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

• Due to the nature of the home test kits as fresh products, a limited warranty period corresponding to the shelf life of the product applies, which is typically shorter than the standard three-year period.
• Check the product's expiration date upon receipt and report any problems as soon as possible.

• If you discover a defect in the product, a complaint should be made within the shelf life of the product or within a reasonable time after the defect could have been discovered.
